A
non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and
professional work in the Kingdom of Bahrain
combines and unites members of the community
where Bahrain Secretariat Association created as
volunteer civil Society calls for increase
awareness of people in the development and
upgrading secretarial and keep up with
technology in the era of rapid developments and
useful. The Society seeks to raise the
efficiency of the volunteers and employees in
secretarial and develop their coordination and
cooperation with government bodies and public
organizations. Where the society comprises
several committees to support the secretarial
service from all social and cultural views.
Encourage secretaries to participate in the
courses and seminars or lectures beneficial in
their work. |

ASSOCIATION FOUNDING

1.
Supervision and control of all members of the
society to raise the scientific, practical and
applied levels according to the latest methods
and procedures of secretarial work.
2. Provide Members all the new developments in
science and secretarial studies and research on
the profession.
3. Develop new concepts in the area of the
profession keep pace with rapid technological
developments by holding seminars, conferences
and sending foreign missions.
4. Highlight the scientific concept of the
modern secretarial work and social perception
which necessarily affect positively to the
development of any society appreciates and
respects the obligations undertaken by the
secretariat.
5. Cooperation and exchanges with the
associations, colleges and educational
institutions with competence, opinion and
advice.

AIMS OF THE SOCIETY

1. The establishment of a
sports club from which organizes courses and
sports hobbies satisfy members and their
families and land and sea tours during the
public holidays.
2. Commending the role of the Bahrain
Secretariat Association out of being the first
Bahrain Secretariat Association of the Arab
world.
3. publishing a monthly magazine or periodic
bulletins show the achievements and activities
of the Association and define the role of
members and encourage more to join the
activities of the Association in the different
fields such as sports, social , health or
environmental.

THE MEANS TO ACHIEVE GOALS

1. Seeking to facilitate
the path of the willing to join the secretarial
profession.
2. The preparation of seminars, lectures and
programs on a regular basis and the
dissemination of culture and knowledge in the
area of the profession.
3. Organize periodic meetings of the members.
4. Provide a social activity accommodate the
needs of the members and their families such as
the establishment of a sports club for members
of the organization that support satisfy sports,
hobbies and organizing trips.
5. Prove the role of the Bahrain Secretariat
Association of being the first Secretariat
Association in the Arab world.
6. Publishing a monthly magazine or a periodical
bulletin illustrate the achievements and
activities of the Association and be a source of
education for members and encouraging society
participation.
7. Contribute to national efforts for the
success of the reform project of His greatness
dearly beloved King of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

General, we able to attract the increasing
numbers of secretarial workers, and seeking to
expand Our multi- activities, and currently the
number of members 85 members. |

SOCIETY ACTIVITIES

The
General several activities including:
1. Seminars and workshops on specialized
secretarial attended by many employees from
ministries and the private sector.
2. Establishment of a number of public
awareness-raising seminars.
3. Been able to gain the cooperation of several
chefs in the area of training and
administration.
4. Supporting the activities of social
institutions such as the general wisdom of the
General House had recently retired as
secretarial and public relations of the Second
Conference of the Elders of Arabs held in
Bahrain presence of a number of important
international figures.
5. Participating in the national events such as
the celebration of the national day, and public
marches.
6. Open channels of communication with several
non-governmental organizations such as the
BAHRAIN MANAGEMENT SOCIETY (BMS). BAHRAIN
INSTITUTE OF BANKING AND FINANCE (BIBF).
7. Organizing weekly meetings for members.
